How we build it
1. Storyboard before generating
Before burning credits on the model, we define every shot. Angle, framing, palette, mood, transition. If this isn’t decided beforehand, generation is a costly gamble.
2. Generation with the right model
Veo 3 excels at realism and consistency between shots. Runway Gen-3 is faster and cheaper for social content. Sora is the option for surreal or stylised concepts. We choose by shot, not by project.
3. Real post-production
The model’s raw output is not a deliverable. We run it through DaVinci Resolve or Premiere: colour correction to match your palette, timing adjustments, clean transitions, motion graphics if you need them.
4. Sound and delivery
Music (licensed or generated with Suno/Udio in compliance with rights), SFX, voiceover (human or cloned as appropriate). Master and cuts for each format: 9:16 Reels, 1:1 feed, 16:9 YouTube, 4:5 carousel.
Typical timescales
- 30s spot with storyboard, generation, post and sound: 3-5 days.
- 15s social piece with voiceover: 24-48 hours.
- Series of 5 variant pieces (creative test): 4-7 days.
- 90s explainer video with motion graphics and cloned voice: 1-2 weeks.
When we do NOT recommend this
- If you need recognisable human talent (famous actor, sportsperson, founder): you cannot clone someone without explicit consent and commercial permission.
- If the brand demands photorealism of a physical product (your actual burger, your actual car): AI still slips up on details that a consumer will notice.
- If your volume is 1-2 videos a year: the pipeline setup is not worth it — a traditional agency is a better option.
