Tailored
advice

AI and marketing consultancy for businesses that want to know what they have before deciding what to change.
Available in three ways, and all three end in the same place: an audit with a report.

One session,
one season
or one measurement.

What changes is how long and how often you see us. The method doesn't change: first we measure what you already have, and what's measured gets written down.

Which of the three suits you depends on whether you have a specific decision on the table, on whether there are already things under way that someone needs to review, or on whether all you need is the diagnosis and nothing more. If you read them and see you don't need any of them, we'll tell you that too.

Single session

A working session

Who it's for

You have a specific decision to make and want an informed opinion before you make it: which tool to bring in, whether an automation is worth it, where to start with AI without breaking what already works.

What you get

The audit with its report, and the session working on what the report has found. You leave with the decisions written down and with the criteria to make the next ones yourself.

Support

Ongoing

Who it's for

Things are already in motion —a website, a CRM, campaigns, internal processes— and you need someone from outside to review them regularly and flag when something goes wrong.

What you get

The audit with its report at the start and a new measurement at each review, with the same tools. Comparing two reports shows what has changed and what has stayed the same.

Audit with report

Measurement alone

Who it's for

You want to know what you have before committing to anything, or you need a written diagnosis to show someone: your team, a partner, whoever controls the budget.

What you get

The report. What was measured, with which tool, what came out of it and what could not be measured. It's yours, you can take it away and it doesn't depend on whether you keep working with us.

Common to all three

All three start
with the same measurement.

The audit with report is not an add-on sold separately: it is the starting point of all three. Before recommending anything, we need to measure what you already have, and that measurement is delivered in writing. What changes between one option and another is what happens after the report.

It's not an opinion.
It's a measurement.

These five dimensions are exactly the same ones we measure on our own website, with the same tools and the same agents. There's no one method for in-house and another for clients.

Each point in the report includes the figure, how it was obtained, and when. What could not be measured is also recorded, and we say why. A number without a source is worthless.

01

Positioning and content

What a search engine finds when it visits your site.

What the report includes Which pages are indexed and which are not, which queries bring you traffic, which titles and descriptions are missing or duplicated, which content is duplicated, empty or orphaned, and how the headings on each page are structured.

02

Performance and experience

How long it really takes, in a real browser.

What the report includes Load times measured with a browser, not estimated: LCP, CLS and INP, image and font weight, which resources block first paint, and what is being downloaded without anyone using it.

03

Accessibility

Whether it can be read and used, and with what margin.

What the report includes Contrast for each colour pair with its numerical ratio in both modes, light and dark; heading order; alternative text for images; full keyboard navigation and form labelling.

04

Customer data and CRM

What you know about your clients and what you can ask your data.

What the report includes What fields exist and how many are empty, duplicate records, contacts without a source or owner, and what business questions can be answered today with the data as it is currently stored.

05

Process automation

What's done by hand and how much of it you need.

What the report includes The steps your team repeats every week, where the trail of who did what gets lost, which stages can be automated with what you already have, and —this goes in the report too— which ones are best left in human hands.

What a report is not

An audit tells you what you have. It doesn't promise what will happen next.

Plain and simple You won't read here that you'll sell more, or by how much. A diagnosis is a diagnosis: it says what's being measured wrong, what's broken, and in what order we'd address it. What happens next depends on what's executed, and that's no longer the audit.

We measure
our own house
before yours.

The website you're reading is audited with agents we've built ourselves, and those audits produce real reports: rankings, load times, side-by-side contrast.

If a metric doesn't help us fix our own site, we don't put it in anyone's report.

  • Our own audits, running on this very site. Agents built here that measure rankings, performance, accessibility and contrast, and write the report. The tools we'd use with you are the ones already correcting us.
  • Projects delivered to real clients. Websites, platforms and systems with AI built in. When we say in an audit that something can be built, it's because we've built it before, not because we've read about it.
  • Our own CRM in production. We built it ourselves and use it every day. What the report says about your customer data comes from having made those same decisions in-house, with their successes and corrections.

Before changing anything,
measure what you have.

Tell us what you have set up and what's worrying you. We'll come back to you with the audit scope in writing: what we'd measure, how, and what you'd receive. If we think you don't need it, we'll tell you that too.
