Raw FLUX is not your brand
Generating images with AI is easy. Generating images that look like your brand is not. The default output of FLUX or Midjourney has a recognisable look — the typical “AI” feel that consumers are already tiring of and that serious brands avoid.
Our image pipeline puts your visual identity ahead of the model: palette, composition, typography, ratios, treatment. People who see your pieces don’t think “this is AI”, they think “this is from that brand”.
How we build it
1. Brand visual audit
We start by understanding what makes your images look like yours: palette, composition, ratios, grain, textures, type of light, saturation levels. You tell us this or we extract it from the brand’s historical archive.
2. Custom model training
Depending on the case, we either train a custom LoRA on FLUX (when there are 30+ consistent reference images) or build a robust Style Reference in Midjourney (when there is less archive). The output already comes out in your palette without the need for lengthy prompts.
3. Validated prompt library
We build 20-40 template prompts that your team can adjust: “image for a corporate LinkedIn post”, “image for a promotional ad”, “image for a monthly newsletter”. Each one with your colour palette already locked in.
4. Integration with your DAM
Generated images are uploaded automatically to your DAM (Bynder, Brandfolder, Frame.io or S3) with consistent tags. No manual downloading and dragging.
What changes when this works
- Produce 50-100 images/month at a cost comparable to a stock library.
- Your creative team stops hunting for photos: prompt, fine-tune, done.
- The images no longer look generic — they’re yours.
- Campaigns can be launched faster because the “we need to source images” barrier disappears.
When we do NOT recommend this
- If your brand demands real photography of real people (gastro, fashion, editorial portraits).
- If you have a physical product you sell online: product photos still need a studio.
- If your creative team is small but senior and enjoys producing: sometimes it’s better to respect that.
Rights and consent
All material that enters the pipeline must be yours or under a clear licence. We do not train on the historical archive without documented permission. And we never generate images of real recognisable people without consent. It’s a red line.
Stack we use
- FLUX 1.1 Pro (via Replicate/FAL) with custom LoRAs.
- Midjourney v7 for editorial / high fashion use cases.
- ComfyUI self-hosted for complex pipelines (in-painting, control net).
- S3 / Cloudinary for distribution and automatic resizes.
We start with a diagnostic session
Before quoting the full setup we run a 90-minute session. We look at your visual archive, your DAM and your monthly image volume together, and leave with an honest recommendation: whether this service fits where you are right now, or whether it makes sense to start with something else.
We don’t charge for that session. If you’re interested, get in touch.
