The dealership’s problem is not a lack of campaigns
Every month the brand sends the campaign kit: copy, images, legal terms, the model offer. And every month you have to turn that into real lead generation, with whatever time is left after selling cars. More often than not, the kit ends up as a social media post and a photo in the window.
The second problem arrives at the end of the month, when the brand or management ask for results and there is no clean way of saying which ad brought which customer. The spend is shown and the sales are shown, but the line between the two is an assumption.

What we do with that kit
A closed cycle, the same every month, with the same deliverables. No reinventing anything with each campaign, which is where the time goes.
A page ready to publish in 48-72 hours
One page per campaign and model, generated from the brand briefing: headline, key vehicle points, the offer with its monthly payment, deposit and term, and the full legal conditions, exactly as supplied by the brand. Form with name, phone, email and area of interest — test drive, financing, valuation — and explicit data consent.
The page is self-contained: it requests nothing from third parties. That means instant load times, no dependence on external services that may go down, and none of the third-party cookie headaches that make measurement more complicated every year.
The deadline runs from the moment the briefing is complete, images included. If any material is missing, the clock stops. We say this upfront so no one feels misled on the Thursday.
Campaign on Meta and Google Ads
On Meta: prospecting by automotive and electric vehicle interests, retargeting of previous page visitors, and a geographic radius around the dealership. There is no point paying to reach someone two hundred kilometres away.
On Google: local search on make and model —which is where purchase intent sits, not curiosity— and Performance Max for volume.
You set the media budget, and it is separate from the service fee. We never charge a percentage of your advertising spend: that rewards you for spending more, not for selling more, and misaligns the supplier with the client from day one.
Every lead, tied to its advert
The page automatically captures the origin of each person: campaign, medium, ad, search term and click identifiers from Google and Meta, as well as the page they entered through. The tag convention is fixed for the entire campaign, so contact and ad can be cross-referenced without manual work.
Without it, attributing a customer to an ad is guesswork. With it, at the end of the month you know what worked, what didn’t, and where it’s worth moving the budget the following month.
A report you can share
A monthly eight-slide presentation with native, editable charts. Not a pasted image: charts that open, can be edited and adapted if a slide needs to be added before the committee meeting. Designed so you can take it straight to your management or your brand without rebuilding it.
What this is not
It’s not a CRM. It’s a standalone product. If you also want to manage your client portfolio and sales follow-up, that’s a different conversation and is contracted separately. We say this because in this sector they’re sold together and then neither is used.
It is not an open-ended consultancy. It is the same cycle repeated every month, with the same deliverables and the same deadlines. That is precisely the advantage: you know what you receive and when, and you can plan the month.
When it’s not the right fit
When there is no one to handle incoming leads. Generating fifty leads that nobody calls back within forty-eight hours is worse than not generating them at all: it burns the brand and the budget at the same time, and leaves people feeling ignored.
When the brand won’t let you touch the material. If the kit conditions can’t be published as they come, it needs resolving before you start, not mid-campaign.
When the real objective is this month’s registration. A lead generation campaign fills the top of the funnel. What closes the sale is still the sales team.
Questions we get asked
Does it work for any brand? The cycle is the same with any campaign kit. What changes between brands is how strict the manual is and how much room there is to adapt the message.
How much media budget is needed? It depends on the radius, the model and local competition. What we do not recommend is spreading a small budget across too many campaigns: in automotive, concentrating spend tends to perform better.
Are the leads ours? Yes. They go straight into your system and are yours from the very first moment.
What if there’s no brand campaign one month? You can work with a model from the range or with after-sales service, which tends to be neglected and has constant demand.
How it starts
With the next campaign kit on the table and a half-hour conversation about who handles the leads and how quickly. That second part decides more of the outcome than any advertising decision.
