Training
in AI
We teach the software we use every day to run our own website
and client projects.
Your team finishes each session with something built and working, not with notes.
At your office
or on screen.
The syllabus is the same in both. What changes is where it takes place, how many people are there, and the pace at which you advance.
The number of sessions and the schedule are agreed with you before we start, based on what your team does each day. There is no fixed package to slot in.
In-person
At your offices
- Where
- At your offices, with your tools open and your real data in front of you.
- Group
- The whole team in one room. We work on real company cases, not textbook examples.
- Rhythm
- Back-to-back block sessions. What is set up in the morning is used in the afternoon.
Online
Video call with screen sharing
- Where
- Remote, with no travel and no full day blocked in your diary.
- Group
- Smaller groups: on screen, only those who touch the keyboard learn, so everyone touches it.
- Rhythm
- Sessions spread over time, with work in between and a review at the start of each new one.
Agents that complete tasks
What an agent is, what you can give it and where it breaks.
By the end, your team knows Write the instructions for an agent, give it access to the tools you already use, and set it running on a repetitive task, with someone reviewing before it goes live.
AI applied to marketing and SEO
Generate content and monitor rankings without publishing noise.
By the end, your team knows Produce and edit content with sound editorial judgement, detect text that sounds machine-written, and monitor your rankings and what competitors publish.
CRM and client data
Ask your database in Spanish.
By the end, your team knows Query the client record in natural language, leave data in a queryable state, and automate follow-ups without losing track of who did what.
Process automations
What gets automated, what doesn't, and how you're notified when something fails.
By the end, your team knows Map out an internal process, decide which part gets automated and which stays in human hands, and set it up with an alert when it stops working.
We teach
what we use
every day.
Nobody at BAI teaches anything they don't have running in production this very week.
If a tool stops working for us, it's dropped from the syllabus.
- A fleet of agents in production on our own website. They write and review content, handle SEO, monitor performance and accessibility, and flag issues when something breaks. They run daily on the site you're reading.
- Projects delivered to real clients, several with AI built in: video analysis with scoring, a patient portal with agents, a geolocated aggregator.
- Our own CRM in production. We built it and we use it. The design decisions explained in class were made there, with their successes and corrections.
Tell us what
your team does each day.
We'll tell you
what gets automated.
We'll come back to you with a written syllabus for your team and the formats that suit. If we think you don't need the training, we'll say so.
