ChatGPT with a prompt is not your content system
Everyone on your team already uses ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. And yet your content comes out just as slow, just as generic, just as unlike you. The problem isn’t the model: it’s that each person starts from scratch every time, without your glossary, without your files, without your calendar, without your red lines.
BAI’s content generator is not a ChatGPT wrapper with a better prompt. It is a system trained on your historical archive, connected to your editorial workflow, that produces pieces in your voice first time. You review; you don’t write from scratch.
How we built it
1. We process your historical file
We need at least 50 representative pieces: posts, scripts, newsletters, ad copies. We vectorise them, label them by tone, format and performance, and build a reference library that the model consults with each generation.
2. We build the system prompt + retrieval
A single prompt is not enough. We design the system in layers: brand voice, glossary, red lines, specific format (LinkedIn post vs Reel script vs email subject line). Each output activates the relevant layers.
3. We connect it to your editorial workflow
Notion, Asana, Airtable, your CMS. Wherever your team already edits, that’s where the drafts appear. No extra tool to open, no extra login.
4. Supervised weekly iteration
Each week we review together which pieces worked and which did not. We refine the system prompt, expand the reference library, adjust formats. The system improves every week, it does not stagnate.

When we do NOT recommend this system
- If you have fewer than 30 historical pieces: there is not enough archive to train the voice.
- If your brand depends on a single writer with a very personal voice (sole author, columnist): the system dilutes that.
- If your content volume is low (<5 pieces/month): the setup is not worth it.
Your file is yours
All the material we process lives in your infrastructure (S3, Vercel KV, whatever you prefer). No public model is trained on your content. If we end the service, you take the library, the system prompt and the pipeline with you. There is no technical dependency on BAI.
Stack we use
- Claude 4.5 / GPT-4.1 as the primary model depending on the format.
- Vector DB (Pinecone, Supabase pgvector) for file retrieval.
- n8n / Make self-hosted for triggers from Notion/Asana.
- Anthropic + OpenAI API direct, with no intermediaries.
