Who processes your data
The data controller is Arkaitz Vivanco Llanos, with NIF 79124141R and registered address at calle Juan de Antxeta 4, 1.º D, Bilbao (Bizkaia), Spain.

What data we collect and why
If you write to us via the contact form
We collect your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write.
- Purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you.
- Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and the legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.f of the GDPR). If you are requesting a quote, the basis is the application of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b).
- What we do with them: the form sends your message by e-mail to our address. It is not stored in the website’s database.
- How long we keep them: for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, thereafter, for the duration of the commercial relationship if one arises. If it does not, we delete the e-mail when there is no longer any reason to keep it.
If you are simply browsing
We use Google Analytics to find out how many people visit the website and which pages they read. This involves third-party cookies; we explain this in detail in the cookie policy.
- Purpose: to measure website usage and improve it.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
Server technical data
Like any web server, ours logs the IP address, the date and time of the request, and the browser you use. This keeps the site running and helps detect attacks or abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6.1.f). These logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell or pass on data to anyone. We work with these providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting, in a data centre in Nuremberg, Germany (European Union).
- Google Ireland Limited — web analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — the corporate email (Microsoft 365) used to receive and reply to your messages.
We may also have to share data with public authorities or courts when required by law.
What you can demand of us
The law gives you these rights over your data, and they are free of charge:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: have your data deleted.
- Objection: have us stop processing your data.
- Restriction: have us retain your data but not use it.
- Portability: receive your data in a format you can take away.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise them, write to us at arkaitz@baimarketing.es stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
If you believe we have not handled things correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). We would appreciate it if you wrote to us first to try to resolve the matter.
Minors
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 14. If we detect that we have done so, we delete it.
Security
The website is always served encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the administration panel is protected with two-factor authentication and login attempt limits. Even so, no system is infallible: if a breach affecting your data were ever to occur, we would inform you and notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we will notify you prominently.
