About this tool
Merge several images into a single file. Use it to build a before-and-after, stack screenshots for a tutorial, make a social media collage, join the pages of a scanned document or lay out every photo of a product on one sheet. You can arrange images freely or generate an automatic grid.
In “Free layout”, drop your first image: it becomes the base and sets the size. Use the + buttons on each side to add more above, below or alongside; click an image and the + buttons attach to it instead. Drag to swap photos and set each one to “Match”, “Free” or “Matte”. In “Batch grid”, add several and drag to reorder. Then pick a format and download.
Images are processed in your browser and never uploaded to a server. The base image keeps its real pixel size and the others scale around it; if the result exceeds 16,384 pixels on a side, it is scaled down to fit. JPEG has no transparency, so gaps are filled with white. JXL is only offered in browsers that support it.
Frequently asked questions
How do I put two photos side by side?
Drop the first one, press the + button on the right and choose the second. If you want them to share the same proportions, set the second to “Match” to centre-crop it.
Do the images need to be the same size?
No. They are scaled to fit the row or column. With “Free” each keeps its own aspect ratio; with “Matte” it is shown whole with a white border.
Which download format should I choose?
PNG for screenshots and graphics without loss, JPEG or WebP for photos you want to keep small. WebP usually gives lighter files at the same quality.
How many images can I combine?
There is no fixed limit; it depends on your device’s memory. With many large photos the result is scaled down to stay within 16,384px per side.
